More Parisien Christmas Cheer

Avenue des Champs Elysées
I met my honey on this avenue...(it was Springtime!)

The boutiques in Paris are dressed in finery
and offering up lots of pretty things

I have a soft spot for all the marvelous flower shoppes

Wonderful white fleurs

Unusual lobster theme...?  @ Frank 'n Fills
(Sorry for the glare)

 Shiny silver from Christofle

Chocolate treats from Hediard

Darling little children's boutique -
notice the mini red Vespa on the left

Perhaps this rocking horse is heading
to a special tree nearby

More sweet smelling Christmas cheer

And last but certainly not least...
the lovely Kori at  Blonde Episodes  has been so gracious
to present me with yet another glamorous award of her own design!
She is one creative lady.

Merci Kori!

Mimi,

My goodness how wonderful it would be to walk the streets and see all these incredible store front windows all dressed up, they are truly magnificant. I love them all. The pictures are so incredible. The tree is adorable.

I love the Avenue you met your hubby on that would be one awesome street to see in person.

Bonjour mon ami...

Merci tellement de la note aimable. I always love when you come by for a visit!!! It is so fun and very interesting to hear that the apothecary jars are so popular right now in Paris! Maybe you will be able to find one for yourself! Ohhh...how I love seeing all of your fabulous photos of Paris at Christmas! The Champs de Elysee looks gorgeous with all of its trees lit up with those pretty blue lights!!! Have they done any lighting in the trees at the Champs de Mars? I just couldn't get over how all of the trees there are so manicured! Hehe! When my honey and I were there...we had a romantic picnic dinner on that lawn...waiting to see the Eiffel light up at the evening hours. It was soooo romantic!!! Ohhh...and speaking of romance, I seen your photo of the sweet carosel near the Eiffel...it brought back so many memories to me! I didn't ride but enjoyed watching...and that sweet little carosel is sooo beautiful!!! Ohhh...how I would love to be in Paris right now!!! Thank you so much for sharing all of your fabulous Christmas photos with us...I see them and dream!!!

Les plus sincères amitiés...

You make me feel just like I am there in Paris. My Paris daughter has also found romance there. Her boyfriend will be coming to visit us in California for 2 weeks over the holidays. I met him this summer and he is such fine young man. Parisian, but educated in England. Maybe one day you will tell us how you met your true love. ~jermaine~
