How lovely! Handmade flowery purses!
What a wonderful difference from all the chain stores that make up so many shopping areas.
Oh how I love doors...and these are all ones I would adore stepping through...with you. xoxo
I just love Paris store fronts. The colors and charm are overwhelming. I love that hat store photo and would love to go in there one day. They are so inviting!
Gorgeous and I would love the opportunity to walk through any of them because that means I would be in Paris...sigh!
I would also love to have a spot of summertime tea with you at that beautiful outdoor garden and chat the day away!
Thank you for your visit and sweet words, I adore you.
Such a fun post with wonderful photos of all those wonderful French shops. Some of them are so specialized... we often wonder how they make a living. I've literally seen shops with only like 5 purses in the whole store... those French... sometimes they are a mystery... but I LOVE THEM!!!!!!
Such lovely photos! Thank you for sharing these. Maille is one of our not-to-be-missed stops when we visit Paris.
Have a lovely Easter in Paris Mimi!!!
Kate

It's my favorite thing to do when I'm in Paris! I just wander around the streets and go into shops that seem interesting and I'm always pleasantly surprised! Hope you're having a great week, Mimi!

Good morning Mimi!
What great photos of a place that I will never forget. Our time in Paris is but a faint memory because when we went and took photos, to our chagrin, when we came back to the states, we discovered that the digital card in the camera was not compatible with our computer!!! AHHHHHH! My dream went up in smoke! Oh well, I just have to go back! BISOUS! Anita
i love your pictures and love paris a lot!

I took many photos of Paris store fronts. They're very charming! We walked for hours, turning down every street that we thought looked interesting. Just the other day, we reminisced about the wonderful crepes near Place St-Michel.

I love all the french doors and images. We have several painting of French facades and I love to look at them. There is just something about the color and the embellishment to the facades that makes one's heart flutter.

One door I would love to step beyond is yours! I bet you have a lovely abode!
Last time we tried to go to Le Museé de la vie Romantique, they had closed it for some remodeling, but it's definitely on the top of my list to see next time. I hear it's a great place for tea. Thanks for all the recommendations.

Hi my dearest Mimi,
thank you for giving me a glimpse of what dear old Paris can offer.
Would like to be there right now and enjoy a pleasant Parisian downtown night, followed by an overnight stay at the most charming and luxurious of all hotels just to get ready, on the following morning, for a round-the clock stroll thru those lovely streets to do lots of window-shopping and perhaps a little less actual shopping (trying to be kinda careful these days...but couldn't certainly pass on one of those handmade flowery purses)
