Take a seat!

It has been a busy week.
I'll just take a seat

I have some thinking to do this weekend

Deciding on the next giveaway

To thank all of you for being so kind!

Found this incredible sculpture just across from the Jardin de Luxembourg
Most people zipped right past then backtracked for a closer look.

Bon week-end!

I love the sculpture. With her toes up she seems so whimsical - like maybe she is lost in a daydream or studying a caterpillar.

If she could only talk--she definitely has a story to tell, and I'm sure we could identify.

Happy weekend,

Bonjour Mimi ... Wow never seen one on a bench before. Or just in a dress. I have seen them outside Notre Dame, or Sacre Coeur, wrapped in a gold sheet. Amazing!!

Bon Weekend to you too.

Good morning dearest! Oh, I know you must be so tired, having worked not only on your own work, but on the mag......do take some time, like this beautiful dame, and let inspiration just flow through your mind and heart. We so forget the importance of rest....I plan on trying to squeeze some of that in today!

BEAUTIFUL POST! Love to you, Mimi, Anita

Bonjour Mimi,
You look so calm and collected sitting on that bench! Haha
Wow that is such a gorgeous sculpture I don't know how anyone could just pass it by. I'm sure some have seen it many times, yet each time I would walk by it the awe would still be there for me. It is a true gift to have something that incredible integrated into and part of everyday life in the city.

Good luck with your dilemma finding an item for your giveaway. Remember I am always there to help you out :)
Try to relax and have a great weekend!!

Hello Mimi! I have surely missed you. You know what I like best about the intriguing sculpted lady. That some one made her a natural womans shape and not some tres chic skinny mini...she is a shape I can relate to. Thank you for the glimpse. Bonne weekend dear friend.

I will e-mail soon, all is good and plans for the picnic are now moving forward.
I am in the middle of oral surgeons! But that is a whole other story. I'm just trying to not let it affect my life!

she's lovely! there is a similar one where i live; a young boy sitting on the pavement - i think he's meant to be a homeless person. sometimes people put a cigarette into his hand...
thank you for your comment! =)
